Configure Archyl to fit your workflow, manage subscriptions, and customize your experience.

Project Settings

General Settings

Configure project-level options:

• Project name: Display name
• Description: Project overview
• Default view: Initial C4 level when opening
• Theme: Light or dark diagram background

Discovery Settings

Control AI Discovery behavior:

Repository Settings

Configure Git repository connections:

• Provider: GitHub, GitLab, etc.
• Repository: Owner and repo name
• Branch: Default branch to analyze
• Base URL: For self-hosted providers

Organization Management

Team Management

Manage teams within your organization:

1. Go to Organization > Teams
2. Create teams for different groups
3. Invite members with appropriate roles
4. Assign projects to teams

Subscription Management

View and manage your subscription:

1. Go to Organization > Subscription
2. View current plan and usage
3. Click Manage Billing for:
   • Upgrade/downgrade plans
   • Update payment methods
   • View invoices
   • Cancel subscription

Usage Tracking

Monitor your usage:

Profile Settings

Personal Settings

Configure your personal account:

• Display name: How you appear to team members
• Email: Login and notification email
• Avatar: Profile picture

API Keys

Manage your API keys:

1. Go to Profile > API Keys
2. View active keys
3. Create new keys with:
   • Name
   • Permissions (read/write)
   • Expiration date
4. Revoke unused keys

Notification Preferences

Control what notifications you receive:

• Team invitations
• Discovery completions
• Architecture insights
• System announcements

Transferring Projects

Direct project transfer between organizations isn't supported, but you can:

Option 1: Re-discover

1. Create new project in target organization
2. Connect to the same repository
3. Run AI Discovery
4. Review and approve elements

Option 2: Export and Document

1. Export diagrams from original project
2. Create new project
3. Manually recreate key elements
4. Import documentation

Option 3: Contact Support
